GOD gave Iraq a Choice in 1985, again in 1991, then repeatedly thru 12 years; finally after 3 x 6 years the King of kings Ps2 brought perfect judgement, as He alone is Almighty Sovereign Ruler over all creation 2 Chron20:6.     GOD pushed the US to confront Iraq and the corrupt UN in order to have Iraq disarmed of serious WMD, but several countries were profiting from Iraq and refused to support a hard stand against Iraq in order to 100% avoid war.
